email check widget

i have put email check widget on my forms, sometime it ask for verification code and sometimes it does not ask for verification code.

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. 

Upon checking your form, I found that you have added "Email Correctness Check" widget. This will not send any verification code but simply check the spelling of email address you have input in the field.

If you want to verify the email address to ensure the email address is actually a valid one, you need to add "Email Validator" widget in your form. This will send a verification code to the email address.
