Application Form Problem

    Hi,

     

    We have a application form appearance problem.

    In our web site it doesn't show up right now.

     

    We had 1000 submissions but we decreased that number, still we have application form appearance problem.

    Hi Yarkin,

    Somehow your form disabled unrelated about "Submission Limit". While I continue to investigating the problem, I enabled your form manualy.
