    Dear Madam, Sir,


    Even though I cancelled the automatic payments via Paypal, I see now that your company still uses my credit card to draw money from my account.


    How is this possible?

    Hi Marc,

    You still have active subscription with us as of checking your subscription record. This payment was paid via CC and not on Paypal. I have now cancelled this subscription and provided you a full refund for the latest charge. You will not be billed again on this card and you do not have active subscription with us anymore. The refund should reflect back to your bank account within 3 to 5 days.

    Our sincere apologies for any confusions and inconveniences this has caused.
