Approval Workflow: The manager doesn't receive any request to Approve/Deny

    I need your support regarding the above leave form as my manager doesn't receive any request to approve / Reject my annual request when I create a new request from the form so please check how to fix it and feedback 1644937683_620bc1d3512c0_

    Hello,

    I cloned your form to test but I was unable to replicate the issue. As per checking, your manager email is not required. I suggest that you set the mentioned field as required so that we can make sure that the email with manager email as recipient will be sent.

    I mentioned that I have a problem with the form flow as I need to enable my manager to receive a notification to approve or reject my leave request

    I made some tests and would kindly advise you to make sure you enter the manager's email as the "Recipient Email" in the Email Settings, as shown below.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience it may cause.

    It is possible that the email might be going to spam, or is being blocked by the email service provider. Please ask him to check the spam/junk folder, too.

    Also, kindly check if the email is on the bounce list. Here’s a guide on How to Remove Your Email Address from the Bounce List

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

    We have checked your form and we found that the approval flow totally empty. The only thing missing is to link the approval flow that you built independently with your Form. To do that, please follow those steps:

    1-     Go to Settings in your Form Builder

    2-     Click on approval flows and from there, link your Form with the approval flow built  as shown in the video

    Dears I need your support to check that as I need to buy a silver rate plan to carete leave form to my team but I need to know if it is possible to make a profile for each one of them with his username and PW to get a welcome message with his name and showing all his data like ( Email-Manager email---etc ) while making any vacation request also showing his available annual balance only not the rest of his team

    Our apologies for the inconvenience and the confusion but kindly note that "Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued" for all accounts except Enterprise.

    It won't be possible for us to enable this feature for a newer account as this would go against our policies.

    However, there are other ways in which you can share your forms with others.

    1. If you wish to share the Form design with someone so that they could work with you on building your Form, then you can use our Form Collaborator feature. More on this can be found here: https://www.jotform.com/help/419-Understanding-Form-Collaboration

    2. If you want to give your users access to the form's submissions, then this is how you can do it: https://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page

    If you're trying to achieve something else, then let us know in detail, we'll be glad to assist you with your requirements.
