    Subscribed to yearly but being told account has been downgraded

    I purchased a yearly subscription to the Premium plan on March 10, but now I am being told that I have been downgraded to the Free plan and my forms will be disabled tomorrow because I am over the account limits.  Why would this happen when my subscription was already paid in full?

    Hello MCCWebmaster,

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    You upgraded your account to premium yearly subscription on March 10, 2014 and then you cancelled your premium monthly subscription on April 19, 2014. Since you cancelled your monthly subscription it downgraded your account to free.

    I have taken care of your account problem and manually upgraded your account to premium yearly subscription. Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.
