Their customers are getting an error message when they fill out and complete web submissions on IE. The forms are getting to them, but their client doesn't think they are. Can we look into that?
I tested the forms in IE and after submitting the form I got this page:
Is it that what your users are getting? If so, let me inform you that such error is not appearing in IE only. I also tested the form in Chrome and this was the result after submitting the form:
So, it seems that there is something wrong with your Thank You URL.
Please make sure that the Thank You page you are using is correct/valid, otherwise it will continue giving such problem.
