    Forms disabling by themselves on and off

    I have created two forms.  When I finished and hit "save," their lettering was black and everything worked.  The next day, I received word they weren't working.  When I went to "my forms" the lettering on these two forms was Gray (all other forms were still black).  The forms couldn't be opened from a remote address.  I later discovered under "More" a tab that said "enable."  I clicked on that and the lettering on the form header went back to black and the form worked again.  However, I just now tried to access the forms and couldn't.  When I opened "my forms" the lettering in the form title was back to gray.  I clicked enable again and they now work.  I've never before had that happen.  Whenever I have clicked "save" the form was active and alive.  What'd I do wrong.

    Sorry about that.

    The settings on your Jotform builder are mostly run from the browser - then settings are delivered to the server.

    There are about two things that I can think of that might be causing this:

    1. Your browser may have cached settings to disable the forms that might be delivered to our servers sporadically

    2. Your forms may have cached settings that need to be cleared.

    Please try the following:

    1. Clear your browser cache

    2. Clear your form cache

    After performing those two actions - please let us know if the issue persists - and we will notify our developers to take a closer look.
