How do I set up my payment service?

    I tried to add a payment tool (Paypal) to my survey but it's only allowing me to choose what I would like to pay for. I don't understand how to send my customers to the paypal website to pay. Please help!

    From what I can tell, your form has no submit button. Please insert one from the Form Tools menu

    and save the form.

    Now, when users complete and submit the form, they should be directed to PayPal to make their payment.
