and I think I was accidentally phishing, I was trying to make a form where users could make an account . Can you bring it back?

Your account was detected and automatically suspended by our anti-phishing system because you have a sign-in form which asks for a person's username and password. As you may not know, most if not all phishing forms use a similar structure.
I have removed the form in question (sign in) to prevent your account from triggering our anti-phishing system. Your account is now good to go. Please refrain from creating such a form. It wouldn't have a use anyway since Jotforms cannot directly communicate with a user database to facilitate a sign-in system of some sorts.
If you have other questions about this topic, please let us know. Thanks!

does this mean I can't get email notifications?

You can now receive email notifications from your forms as your account has already been activated. I would advise you to refrain from creating any forms closely identical to phishing sites.
