I see there are many forms on your account, let us know what the form is where you are having this issue, so we can check further. Also, is this happpening on a specific browser?, have you tried others?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I am able to replicate the issue you are having. It did check your form but could not find any issue with that. You do have a good number of form fields but that should not create issues.
I am reporting this to our back end team and they will take a look. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

Hello,
I wanted to inform you that I am working on this issue. Meanwhile you may get your submissions ~100 per batch, by using the time range feature.
I will update here as soon as it is cleared.

Hi,
I was able to reproduce problem with downloading the Excel submissions of your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/32595442628966 also.
Although the issue I encountered was different than your latest reported one.
Mine is, it keeps getting a time-out error message no matter which file type (Excel, CSV) I tried to download.
The ticket for this reported issue is still open. I will add the latest details on the report so that our support developer can be aware of them.

Hello,
We have fixed the related issue and compiled a solution by dynamically selecting number of submissions per excel file. As column count gets higher, number of rows is decreased, as required by browser timeout limits. It means that you can now download your submissions.
