Is it possible to reuse ZoHo auth tokens?

    Hi dear Jotform,

    First, THANK YOU for creating the best service on earth! It´s amazing how much you have helped my business. 

    We are building a franchise concept in Scandinavia and are using Jotform for our partners to add leads, orders etc to our account in Zoho.

    Every form creates a customer in Zoho through your integration. The problem is that for every form that is connected to Zoho and creates a contact, an unique Auth Token is created and therefore the maximum level in Zoho is reached too early making me not able to create more Jotforms and connections to Zoho. I want to use the same and old Auth Token insted of allways creating a new one.

    Zoho says the can not extend the amount ot Auth Tokens so here is the only place we can find a solution.

    Please, help me. I have bult the entire system aroung Jotform..

    I can't really give an answer to you whether this is something on our end or ZoHo really does generates new token every time you integrate to them.

    I'll forward this to my next level of support and let you know via this thread.

    We have opened a ticket about this. So, the zoho integration should probably use the same auth tokens instead of creating new auth tokens. 

    In fact, it should probably not ask you to login every time. Once you have integration with one form, it should be possible add more forms without re-authentication.

    Yes, but it doesnt. And furthermore, I want and I am connecting different Zoho accounts to specific Jotforms but this also makes the Auth Tokens full at last.
    How do you suggest us to do?

    Hello Douglas,

    I've now added an option for users to add an authentication token.  

    If you opt to use an existing token, there is no need for you to enter your username and password.

    Please let us know if you have other questions or concerns.
