    We have had people complete our form, however there is no response captured in our forms.

    We have had numerous people complete our forms since May 10, however for our staff reference form there are no results since this date. I sat with someone and watched them complete it, yet cannot see their form on the backend.  What can I do to see these?  This is our hiring reference form, and this is a critical time of year so this is creating some significant issues.  Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Sorry but what is the exact name of the form you're referring? Is it the "2014 Staff Reference Form"?

    If you have embedded the form to your website, let us know the website URL so we can check the form.

    I tried one of your stand alone form (FormID: 33173752054148, Form Name: 2014 Staff Reference Form) and I can see the submission on your form submissions page.

    Or are you referring to the email notification of the form which does not display anything when you receive it over email?

    Hi, 

    Thanks, this is indeed the correct form and it did appear to start working a few minutes before this test was completed.  Is there any way of retrieving the completed forms though that we cannot see?  I do know that multiple people completed the form in the 4 day period that isnt showing.

    If you want to get all the submission data that was sent before, however, if the form had a problem to submit data, probably no data was sent at all.

    To view form submissions, click on My Forms, select the form you wish to check to, and click on "submisisons"
