When I click on My Forms, a list appears on the left side of the screen and I can't edit or create any new forms.I've tried it in both IE and Firefox and get the same results.

Have you tried clearing browser's cache?
Please do that, then open the forms with Chrome. So far, I see most of your forms disabled, but that shouldn't be an obstacle to edit the forms.

We have alerted our developers about the problem, hopefully it will be fixed soon

Where are you from ? It must be related with our CDN (it seems CSS and images are not loaded on your end)
I need to know where you're from, so I can alert our CDN provider about the problem,
By the way, you can also use JotForm without CDN until problem is fixed.
