How can I have BOTH a unique thank-you url AND change my thank-you email notice?

But I'd also like IN ADDITION to have the receipient to receive a receipt email that says:

Thank You!

Your registration has been received.

You can do both. You can redirect the user to a custom thank you url and at the same time, send them email autoresponder after clicking submit button. If you haven;t setup your email autoresponder yet, this article should guide you in setting up your first autoresponder.
