My client says there no longer getting email notifications

    My client says they're no longer getting email notifications from one of their forms.  Can you see if there is a problem on the Jot Form end?

    This is the form 23216882714960. It is supposed to be sending emails to appt.....@gmail.com. When I check emails sent to this email address I see no problems. Here are the log times for the last 10 emails. They were all sent successfully.

    /var/log/jotform/smtpEMAIL.log:[14/May/2014:12:33:57 -0400

    /var/log/jotform/smtpEMAIL.log:[14/May/2014:12:36:27 -0400

    /var/log/jotform/smtpEMAIL.log:[14/May/2014:13:18:24 -0400

     

    /var/log/jotform/smtpEMAIL.log:[14/May/2014:13:22:17 -0400

     

    You might ask user to check the spam inbox. You might also ask to look up the date time for the missing emails and see if it is in this list?
