Jotform Approvals: How to cancel a reservation when submission was denied

    Additionally, I set up approval workflows for us to approve and deny requests so the email will go to the guest to make them aware. Is there a way for this to also coincide with the actual calendar, and if we deny the request, make the dates available again?

    Hi there,

    I don't think this is possible. This is because of how the Date Reservation widget works. The only way to make a date available again is by deleting the submission.

    If you're fine with losing data inside Jotform, then what I can suggest is to add an edit submission link on your approvals so you can delete the submission in case they need to be denied. This will free up the date.
