Adding email recipients to Approval workflow

    I'm trying to create a workflow that once approved, the form is sent to multiple recipients. After adding one recipient, I get a message saying I need to upgrade to add more. Which plan will allow me to add more recipients to the email workflow?

    Hi Rafael,

    You can add up to 10 Email recipients if you upgrade to any paid plan. Free plan users are allowed are not allowed to add more recipients.

    Also, upgrading your account not only allows this particular benefit but also increases your limits and you can remove Jotform brandings, etc.
