    Hello,

    I have a donation form set up for my client, and they wish to be able to set up RECURRING donations from people for up to a year.

    I integrated the Subscription payment module as instructed in this post;

    http://www.jotform.com/help/166-How-to-setup-a-recurring-payment-option

    But when I run a test, choose one of the donation options, enter payment info and hit the "Donate" button I get this error;

    My customer has a PayPal Payments Pro account. I checked into their PayPal account online, and backed it up with a phone call to PayPal - and they do in fact have recurring billing/payments enabled and accept recurring payments from people and other vendors.

    I am using the iframe option. I also have several other Jotforms for this customer that work just fine.

    What can be the problem with this form? PayPal told me it should work and I should check with Jotform.

    Can you help me sort it out please?

    Thank you!

    Even though the integration is successfully tested, there might be a problem with the credentials:

    I would recommend you to remove the integration, clear your form´s cache, and integrate it again:

    If this does not work, then I am not sure about this, but probably there is a way to renew your PayPal IP credentials, ask a PayPal representative if they can walk you through the process to renew it.

    As a matter of fact DPRP means "Direct Payment Recurring Payments", this feature is not enabled on PayPal Website Payments Pro account. If you can contact PayPal they should be able enable this.
