I have a domain, and currently have a application to rent one of my party bus's on it. I use a application form from JotForm and everything works fine but when a applicant presses submit i am suppose to recieve a email with all the info to my email address and im not. Im not sure what the problem is, i've spent several hours googling/troubleshooting this problem but still no luck. On the JotForm website when i send a test email it goes through fine, but on my website the email is not being sent at all. Any help please?

This is being caused by the paypal field you have on the form for collecting payments.
Unless an actual payment is submitted through paypal - you will not recieve the notification.
You can view all pending payments through the Incomplete Payments listing as shown on this guide
If you want to recieve notifications regardless of whether a payment was done via paypal or not, go ahead and activate that feature as shown below:
