Templates for E-Mail Notifiers

Hi,

As we use several forms for different customer surveys (changing content), we also set up a notifier.Is there a way to have a template for the notifier, that always looks the same (CI/CD) and we do not need to change code everytime?

Unfortunately, we don't have any templates for notifier message. As of now it manually edited whenever you add or delete your notifier body.

What you can do is copy the HTML format of your desired template and save it in word then if you want to add it in other forms then just simple copy it from MSword and paste it in your notifier body.

Or copy the whole HTML of your notifier format then save it in notepad for reuse.

In this way you will have an HTML format of your notifier then you can reuse it multiple times. But take note that you have to match the field names and id's so you will receive your notification entry properly.
