We are still having an issue with wrapping text in the boxes once we
convert to pdf the scroll down boxes do not wrap the text and so we are
sending out forms with missing info.

PDF forms are inttended to just for Text Boxes. 

I am not sure if you are talking about downloading the data in PDF format.

Pleave provide more details and the formID or Form Name where you see the problem.
