Attachments are missing form emails sent using approval workflow

    For my form "MEDICAL CERTIFICATE REQUEST", the PDF files that are supposed to be attached at the step shown are suddenly not attached to the email. It was working fine then since about two days ago, the email is sent without attachments.

    I have cleared the forms cache, but it continues to send things without attachments at this step.

    Hi Adam,

    I checked your form and it seems that the Send Uploads as Attachments is disabled in the email settings. Please enable it by toggling the switch to On as shown in the demo below:

    Once that is done, please do a test submission again and let us know how it goes.

    But this has never been enabled before? It is the PDF attachments that are listed in the video you showed that have stopped being sent with the email. I did not change any settings, they just stopped coming with the email.

    I have enabled the setting you said but I think you may have misunderstood the issue.

    Hi Adam,

    I have looked into your concern further and I was able to reproduce the issue i.e. the approval email "APPROVED MED CERT - Approval + final certificate" received with no PDF attachment of form data. I have escalated the issue to our backend team for further investigation. We will update you as soon as we receive an update on this.
