Editing submissions

When i try to edit the submissions, it brings up a blank form and submits a blank form instead of making changes to the submission I selected. I need to attach pictures and for some reason it won't work. Even though it works on another form I have through JotForms.

I used Chrome. Have you tried more than one browser? You can try clearing your browser's cache to see if it helps.
