We organize an event on saturday. Many people will last minute register online via the form we have. It is said to be over quota but we upgraded the account to avoid this problem.
Is it possible to urgently fix this?
the account used for it is firstname.lastname@example.org

As far as I can see, your form is active and your account is in a good standing. You can receive up o 1,000 submissions per month with your Premium subscription.
