Can I add an approval button to mark forms as Approved?

Asked by posincorp on August 08, 2011 at 12:05 PM

I would like to add an "Approved" button to my forms so they can be marked as approved when the forms are received from several individuals.  Is there a way to do this and make the Approval button only accessible to the Administrator?

    Hi,

There is no such feature explicitly available to our Form Builder. However, there are quite a few workarounds which can mimic the same function.

Insert a hidden box to your form instead (Power Tools section).

This field is accessible for an administrator to edit via the submissions page but is not visible to your users. You can just enter a value in that field to indicate that the submission is approved.

The downside to this is that only the account owner will have the permission to edit form entries.
