Form No Longer Integrated to Google Spreadsheet

I have a form at url: http://www.jotform.us/form/40836254302145

 

It was linked to 1 google spreasheet and yesterday it stopped sending data.

I found it was no longer linked but tried linking it to another however the old submissions are uploaded but new submissions are still gettig uploaded.

I'm not quite to sure I understand your last statement:

" the old submissions are uploaded but new submissions are still gettig uploaded."

Do you mean to say the original integrated spreadsheet is still receiving submissions after the you re-integrated the form back to Google Spreadsheet.

Please elaborate further on what is happening to assist you further. 

In any case I would suggest to completely remove the integrationfrom from your form. And then try to re-integrate to Google Spreadsheet (Do make sure you are properly logged in to your google account when doing so).

When I integrated a new google spreadsheet all submissions (since the form
was created) got uploaded to the new google spreadsheet however any
submissions since I integrated the new google spreadsheet are not getting
transferred to the new google spreadsheet.

So far, I was not able to reproduce the issue yet when I test this on my end.

Here are a few steps you process on your end, and check if it makes the difference.

1. Remove the form integration to Google Spreadsheet

2. Clear your browser's cache 

3. Close the browser

4. Open the browser

5. Login to your JotForm account using this URL http://www.jotform.com/login

6. Integrate the same form to Google spreadsheet 

7 Save the integration and test submit the form.

8. Check if integration is now properly working.
