    I just saw this entry, and thought you might need a translation....

    The guy says he can't login to his account, and therefore can't access his forms.

    @Heiko, I have searched for your email address in our member database and I only found two Guest accounts linked to your email address. This means that you have not registered yet for a JotForm username and password. To do so, please sign up at this page http://www.jotform.com/page.php?p=signup and use the same email address you used in your guest account so that the forms and submissions will be carried over to your new JotForm Free account.
