Calculation fields with paypal, sell products and collect donations

Asked by dorsetholidaylets on May 15, 2014 at 05:04 PM
Hi many thanks for developing this, but I needed to be able to sell products as well as ask for donations. My application is a charity big bike ride in aid of Cancer Research and in addition to taking an entry fee, I need to ask for donations.

It would be great if I could do both.

    Best regards Dav

There's a workaround for that using custom quantity.

    Here's an example:

What you just need to do is to create a separate product, put $1 as the price and name it donation or anything you like. After that, add a custom quantity in it just like the following.

After that, let us know the form URL so we can provide you the custom CSS codes that should be injected to your form to remove the check box and the product pricing after the donation text.

Hope you like this. We'll await your reply.
