Is there a way of capturing all partial submissions

    Hi, I would like to be able to capture all partially completed submission not just those that have not completed payments. 

    So if someobody start to complete a form but does not finish it, I would like to be able to email that person and invite them to complete it and offer any help.

    Is this possible, if so how?

    Hi David,

    At this time, you can only do this manually.

    You will have to capture first via e-mail the incomplete submissions/payments of the form. Refer to this guide -How-to-setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-mail

    In your paypal form, make sure also that you have properly setup the IPN of the paypal account in used. I suggest you review this FAQ about the paypal

    If you properly setup your form as I suggested above you can now reach the form user/s via the email and properly advise or offer them the help.
