I have been havng trouble with this for a week. Please help.

I've tried reproducing the problem but I am always seeing the right section after selecting "upload image file".
Maybe it was a browser specific issue, can you please try to clear your browser's cache and check it again? If that doesn't help, try to use different browser, perhaps it was your current browser that prevent the upload wizard to go to the next section.
