My JotForm Account Status shows 40 of 100 submissions used but there are no saved submissions in "My Forms." One of the forms has 5 submissions, but I appear to be missing several other submissions. I did not delete them and they are not in the trash, so what happened?

I apologize but I could not see any other reason why the submissions were gone from your account other than the fact that they might have been deleted accidentally, either by yourself or by another person who has access to your account.
I wish there was a way we can view your account's history so we can find out what happened exactly. Did you receive notifications for the 40+ submissions made on your forms?

I did, and everything was fine -- but today they all disappeared. I guess I will take your word for it but for sure we did not delete the submissions. We have spoken to the people who filled out the form and asked them to submit again, so it's not a crisis -- but I wanted to see if there was a way to figure out what was happening. Thanks anyway.
