Email Address Changed on Account - Account Password Forgotten

    OLD email

    It appears that the email address on user account is no longer vanover@ados.net as you stated. I do also see that the current email address is not on the bounce list. Kindly perform the password reset request again on the login screen. 

    Then verify that the password reset email is not being sent to your Junk/Spam folder on your email account.
