I want to create a quiz. However, I want the visitor to be required to enter email in order to get results.
Is this possible and if so, how can I do this?

Hi Jesse,
Please check this form http://www.jotform.me/form/41356503189456
You can just make the E-mail field a *Required field without using condition logic to do it. With the e-mail field already a *Required field, the user will always be force to provide email address before the form can be submitted.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need more assistance.
Thanks!

Hi, in order to show results, you can add a value on each field:
1) Simply click on the gear icon, then on properties, and add a number "one" to the correct ones, and "zero" to the wrong ones.
2) Add Form Calculation widget, and set it as hidden:
3) Click on the wizard, and add the fields:
4) Get the name of the calculation field to add on the thank you page:
5) Create a thank you page:
6) Click "next", and add the name of the field:
