This form is working like a dream for most users but some have the same issue - the submit button is not visible or the next button is not visible. It does not appear to be as simple as scrolling down the page. It appears to be mainly on the payment page that the issue occurs.
A couple of users have windows XP and I wondered if it could be the operating system. This form is a duplicate of one used last year and we did not have this problem.
If you can help I would be grateful. I have not been able to replicate the problem.

We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing.
I was able to replicate the issue in Internet Explorer 7 and 8. For some reason, a payment field Total and a Page Break are conflicting between each other in mentioned browsers.
I have submitted a ticket about that bug, but Internet Explorer 7 and 8 are really outdated browsers these days, and I can not provide any ETA for when it will be fixed. We will let you know if we have any updates on the ticket.
In the meantime, you can either disable a 'Show Total' option of your PayPal field or ask your users to use anything other than Internet Explorer 7 and 8.
