I just started using your JotForm and it's great. But then my account got suspended for no reason. Please, please unsuspend it.

I have unsuspended your account. Please rename your SSL Login form. Our auto suspend system uses machine learning and it thinks having "login" word in a form title pretty much means that's a phishing form. :) 

Thank you.  I got in and renamed the form.  Any other silent snares I should watch out for?

For as long as you do not create forms that would capture sensitive and/or private information to your users, i.e Email and Password and Credit Card Information then your account is safe. You can check our Terms of Use: http://www.jotform.com/terms.
