Hi,
Our autoresponder email settings should do this. Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
So basically, you will add the Email field to your form.
When setting up the autoresponder email settings, you have to select this Email field as the "Recipient E-mail" to the settings, see this screenshot:
