We have whitelisted your account to fix the Captcha message or what you call users verifying themselves that they are not robots.
The Captcha is to avoid spam from the same IP address to the forms. It is asked when our system detects unusual traffic from the IP or if the system detects that you are a bot.
Your account has been successfully whitelisted, the captcha should be gone now.
If you still however experience issues please do let us know.
