Form not found This form is disabled

    Hi,

    I cannot see my form in the preview because it says

    “Form not found this form is disabled”

    Could you tell me why?

    Hi Monichini,

    The system has mistakenly suspended your account. Looks like you form (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/41361753512348) is empty at the moment. The system sometimes thinks this as a phishing form. I have reacticated your account and you should be able to view your form again.
