How to create comments form?

i want to add comment form in HTML page 

there is any form in jotform can i use it ???

Hi Mohamed,

You can actually create and use the form in that purpose though if you're looking for a comment form like the "Facebook Comments" where every user comments are save on the page then we're sorry but Jotform cannot be use in such way. However, we have many workarounds like create an HTML table report for your form and embed it to your page so every user comments can be seen within your page.

First, you can find forms you like on our form templates page and clone it or you can create a form from scratch in the form builder which is very easy as easy as 1, 2, 3. :)

Here's how to create HTML Table Report for your form. Just take the provided iframe embed code and embed it to your page.
