    Why ID in JotForm not same in my email?

    Hi ake1774,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I have looked closely into the screenshot you provided and it seems that the email in your screenshot is not the corresponding email of the entry in your JotForm.com account. The time in the JotForm.com page was 9:31, whie in the email it is 13:11. There is a big difference in the minutes. Please double check and let us know if you find the correct email.

    Hi ake1774,

    I have submitted your form, kindly check if you received the email notification with the correct ID#:

    If you continue to get a different ID #, I have two suggestions for you:

    A. Use the Unique ID field as ID # instead of the default ID #.

    B. If possible, clone or duplicate thie existing form, then delete the original form and embed the new, duplicate form instead? To clone a form, please read this tutorial - http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL
