Forms Submission Emails were not being received

    i am also having this problem... all our forms were working just fine, and then about 3 weeks ago we started getting enquiries about whether we'd received submissions... to discover that we HAD but NONE of us had received the notices... so didn't know the submissions were in!!

    this is highly inconvenient... 

    any suggestions? yes, each fom has different settings... the volunteer applications & performer applications are the high priority now, as vending applications are now closed.

    Is this still happening?, I have checked the forms, and everything seems to be fine, even our email logs shows good delivery of the notifications:

    I would recommend you white-list our domain names if the issue persist:

    (We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.)

    hi

    yes... and i've checked spam etc. it's a bit of a mystery, but i'm starting to think it's at our end, because the other forms do, indeed, seem to be getting notices to their owners..

    so i will do the whitelist thing for the comm@ address, as that's the main one that is not receiving reliably.
