I reset your SSL counter to zero. Please be noted that we can only do this once per account. If your form is integrated to Paypal Payment, you can test it by enabling Sandbox mode.
Settings > Show Properties > Enable Sandbox Mode:
When testing, you also need to register/use a Sandbox Account: https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/
