Subscriptions: I need a form that allows me to give different options for subscriptions and then an option for the subscriber to add their own amount that they would like to pay. We are a non-profit and are using this functions for automated donations.
Thanks

It it quite confusing though.
Will you be able to create a form that has an option to fill in simply the
required number without do maths in the middle.
I was in touch with Form Smart about this also and they are producing a
feature that can do this and should be released within the next month.
Please also update.

Hi Ruth,
Unfortunately, we currently do not have that feature into the existing payment integrations. I am sending a request ticket to our developers. There's no timeframe guaranteed but if there's any progress, you should know it via this thread.
While waiting, you may consider using the workaround provided by my colleague. The only downside of that is - all the payments will come as Donation. That won't create a pre-approved payments to your submitters Paypal Account.
Thanks

Hi Ruth,
Sorry for this late response. We're closing resolved tickets so we'd like to inform you that this feature has been available for quite some time now, if you didn't know.
While creating the subscription, simply tick the 'Variable Price' checkbox to allow your users to enter a custom amount.
Please do inform us if there is anything else you need help with.
