Emails not going through

    Hi

     

    re - http://www.jotform.com//?formID=40304151501940 and http://www.jotform.com//?formID=40143019977961


    We are not getting emails through on these forms - we have added the IPs to the account (microsoft 365) and still not coming in to the email address adam@flaginthesand.com or pk@flaginthesand.com... it does coem through to the bracketmedia address on the form though?

    Please advise what the issue is - thanks.

    I think we need Jotform to remove the email address from the bounce list?  Please advise ASAP.
