The Terms & Condition widget appear as checked by default when viewing the form on IE11

Asked by csstart on May 19, 2014 at 10:26 AM

I creaated the attached form, and I see an error when displayed in IE11

    1.  Check box has a mark within it.

    2.  the * is highlighted with 'Required' though this is not really a problem.

    Any ideas?

Bewlow is the URL for my form.

    Many thanks

I was able to reproduce the issue even on IE10, see:

It seems like the check box (widget) appears as selected by default.

So, in order to investigate further I went ahead and tested the standalone version of the form too, but at this time the issue did not appear:

So, it is most likely a script conflict is hapening between your form script and your webpage script when using IE as you are using the form full source code.

The most recommended solutions is that you re-embed your form using the iframe code of your form. Here is the guide to know how to get the iframe code: Getting the form iframe code

    That should resolve the issue.
