Hi... I'm trying to upgrade the pwcsociety subscription and the website doesn't appear to be responding or allowing me to do so. Can you help?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Do you mean to say that when you go to the pricing page and then click the "Upgrade" button of on any of the plans, it does not do anything? It should actually open a modal window where you can select "Payment Schedule" and "Payment Method". Please check the screenshot below:

Premium Monthly:
