Hello pwcsociety,
I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Do you mean to say that when you go to the pricing page and then click the "Upgrade" button of on any of the plans, it does not do anything? It should actually open a modal window where you can select "Payment Schedule" and "Payment Method". Please check the screenshot below:
Which plan you are trying to upgrade to. Please click on the following URL to upgrade your account :
Premium Monthly:
