Sup bro's

I'm a total rookie when it comes to this stuff. The form I'm tryign to create is for my yoga studio's. I'm trying to get away from the paper timeclock system we use and upgrade to somthing that is online. Considering I don't need to know the actual clock in / out times of the instructors a simple web form should be all I need. The form I've created on your site seems to be exactly what I need. 

So from here can choose the 1000 submissions per month payment option for my account? Between the studio's I own there are around 60 classes per week so at most there would be 240 submission per month.

Can I just copy / pasta the embed code and send it to my web dude so this will show up on a new page on my website for my employees to access?

As far as the submissions do I just log into jotform each week to retreive the submissions? Is there any way to export to spreadsheet?

-Yes. You can simply copy the embed code of your choice and your webmaster should be able to publish the form on whatever page you are planning to embed the form.

-Submissions can be exported as Excel file, CSV or PDF formats. All you have to do is login to your account, select the form you want to view the submissions then click on submissions button above (see image below).

Alternatively, you may also choose from our wide variety of form integrations, you may want to consider google spreadsheet. Once your employees submitted the form, you can view the data real time through google spreadsheet. To know more, please read How to Integrate Form with Google Spreadsheet.
