    I've tried several ways of embedded my TCT Registration form in my Google Sites page, and none of them have worked.

    I click Embed, then Google Sites, then go so my site, click Insert, More Gadgets, then "Add gadget by URL" then the given URL, and then the Form ID, but nothing happens. 

     

    I have also tried embedding the script using iFrame etc., and various combinations of the above instructions, all to no avail. Please advise.

    I have just tried our default method with the added gadget by the URL, and it worked great on my side.

    Can you please provide us with the Google Page URL in question? We can try to check the page source to see if anything is wrong.

    Thank you for your help. We tried embedding at
    http://www.tctutoring.us/what-we-tutor/registration/registration, and later
    when we added the app to Google Drive and tried opening a JotForm directly
    from Drive, we were told that the account already existed. We were
    subsequently blocked from logging back in to JotForm.
    Ideally we could create directly from Drive to avoid embedding issues (and
    we do very much like the form service!!).

    @Thomas,

    I can see that your account is now re-activated. Your account was suspended because there are 2 login forms found on your account which are probably the forms you cloned from the 3rd party service. Please be informed that we strictly do not allow login forms here. Creating such form will trigger our phishing filter and your account will be automatically suspended.

    Anyway, the two login forms on your account are now deleted. You can now continue with the service.
