    My account has been suspended...

    First I could not embed the form I created, though I followed instructions carefully. 

    Next, I got the app for Google Drive so I could create a JotForm right in Drive with the hopes that it could then be embedded.

    When I clicked on Create and then JotForm from Drive, and then accepted terms, I received error messages.

    I tried logging in to my JofForm account again whereupon I was notified that an account already existed and I was suspected of phishing. 

     

    Could you please allow me to create forms from Drive? I would like to keep my existing form since I spent a good amount of time getting it right!

    Hi Thomas,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience. The system mistakenly suspended the account. I've checked your forms and I can't see any violation of our terms of use. I therefore, re-enabled your account and you should be able to login from your account.

    This should also allow you to create your form from google drive. If after enabling your account and still preventing you to create a form, please let us know so we can assist you further.

    I removed JotForm from Drive, then logged back in to JotForm,
    clicked on Plugins, then Apps, found the Drive App again, reinstalled it,
    then tried again to open a JotForm from Drive. This is the message:

    I will assume then that your original question about the suspended account was already resolved?
