How to hide empty fields in the form email

Hi I'm testing jotform, I need to make a car insurance quotator that has the follwoing dropdowns, car brand, version & 3. characteristics, so the first will show the second, and second the third, i figured out a way of doing it creating many many dropdowns, then add actios to all of them, the problem comes when the form is sent to the email, it has all the "if" fields even if empty in the email, is there something i could do about it???

You can make the empty fields hidden in the form's Notification Email also.
